On some deals we do the vehicles cannot be resold within the first year without our permission. Where this happens you will be required to repay the discount from list price in full that we have given as its a T&C often with our manufacturers.
Or up to 20% of the vehicle price. Whichever is greater.
Whilst it is your vehicle and your right to sell the vehicle its our right to claw back any support in the first year as this is not what has been agreed in many cases. This is your contract with Swiss Vans.
If you intend to sell vehicle within the first year please inform us before the sale so we can explain the costs to. There might be a better solution for you. This is also in our terms and conditions and is legally binding.
- We have to repay our manufacturer support thus any additional discount is charged back to you.
- The amount is payable in one amount
- This is a condition many of our discount schemes.
- It can often run into the thousands and thousands of pounds.
- You are liable for any legal fees we incur enforcing this rule.
