What is a ” Return To Base Warranty ?”

All our body kits, and all our accessories come with a 12 months return to base guarantee
This means we are happy to look at it for you Monday to Saturday when pre booked in at our workshops
in Cowbridge South Wales.

Some issues can me sorted in a matter of minutes or hours
Things like bodywork will invariably take days or a week so we can sometimes lend you a vehicle if you can cover it on your own insurance, and can provide a written cover note that we can copy.

We cannot visit you to carry our work unfortunately since it means we would have to close our workshop for that day.
When buying from us you are agreeing to this as part of your terms and conditions of purchase.
Please give us a call and send us some images if you think you have a warranty claim on a part we have fitted or made.
And for vehicle items by all means give us a call too to see if they fall under your manufacturer vehicle warranty
